Job Description

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Order Management & Fulfillment:



Supervise daily order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate entry of customer orders into the system. Monitor order status and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Review and validate customer purchase orders, pricing, and product availability. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements (e.g., ISO13485, GMP).

Inventory Management:



Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of medical devices, components, and materials. Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and comply with company policies and procedures. Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory management to fulfill orders.

Order Fulfillment:



Enter orders into the company's order processing system accurately and promptly. Monitor and track order status from receipt to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling to avoid shipping errors and maintain product integrity.

Communication and Coordination:



Liaise with sales, production, warehouse, and shipping teams to coordinate order fulfillment. Respond and communicate inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation. Prepare necessary reports regarding order processing, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:



Ensure the quality and accuracy of orders, addressing any discrepancies or errors promptly. Implement quality control measures to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing procedures.

Distribution:



Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers, distribution centers, or other facilities.

Interdepartmental Collaboration :



Collaborate and do ad hoc with various departments to ensure the integration of quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Degree / Diploma holder from relevant field, preferably minimum 1 year experience or STPM/SPM with minimum 2 years Proven experience in order processing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of order management systems and software. Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
