Order Processing Executive

Job Description

The Order Processing Executive plays a key role in ensuring efficient order execution within the organization, from order entry to delivery. This role focuses on data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proactive communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

The incumbent will work closely with the Procurement, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to maintain high service standards, support process improvement, and contribute to the company's operational efficiency.

ROLES & REQUIREMENTS

:

Order Management

oAccurately input and verify customer orders in the ERP system.

oPrepare and manage documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and credit notes.

oCoordinate with Sales/Admin teams for order clarification, payment verification, and fulfillment updates.

oMaintain and update product pricing, package configurations, and promotional offers in the system.

oMonitor customer credit terms and payment status, escalating issues when necessary.

Administration & Reporting

oMaintain organized records and filing of order-related documents.

oGenerate basic operational reports for management review.

oSupport cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

oEnsure strict adherence to internal SOPs and company policies.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

oIdentify recurring issues in order processing and propose corrective actions.

oAssist in developing standard operating procedures and work instructions.

oParticipate in process optimization initiatives to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

oProvide guidance to peers on order processing best practices.

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

:

Bachelor's degree; preferably with specialization in Supply Chain, business administration, finance, or related field.

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g. SAP, LN).

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
