Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, or online platforms.
Validate order details including pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Enter accurate data into ERP or order management systems.
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
Resolve discrepancies or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Documentation & Reporting:
Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other shipping documents.
Maintain updated records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing status.
System Management:
Work with SQL for order processing.
Ensure accuracy of data input and regular system updates.
Customer Service:
Provide post-sales support to customers.
Handle returns, replacements, and refunds as per company policy.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
