As a Guru you will be accountable for:



Processing and managing orders accurately, ensuring all order details are correctly entered into the system. Coordinating with sales, finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all order management activities. Handle customer eKYC approval process by performing detail validate on all documents submitted by property agents. Assisting with the development and implementation of order management processes and procedures. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements. Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Supporting special projects and initiatives related to order management and sales operations as needed. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone who has:



Experience in order management, sales operations, or a related field. Preferably at least 1 years working experience in sales order processing, fresh graduates may also apply. Required language(s): English Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Office Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data. Ability to work swiftly and accurately, even when under time pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to grasp and perform complex rules-based tasks in a consistent manner.
