Job Description

Responsibilities:

Accurately process sales and return orders. Guide Sales Teams on order submission requirements. Verify documentation to ensure compliance with pricing, HQ Sales Policy, Leasing Guidelines, and corporate policies. Coordinate delivery and collection with Sales, warehouse, and logistics. Manage manual closure of selected order lines in ERP. Support and track machine movements, including trial, relocation, short-term loans, and miscellaneous requests. Monitor revenue release reports and ensure timely contract document uploads for billing. Prepare and submit contract termination and archive requests via Document Management System (DMS). Maintain order tracking sheets and follow up on pending documents. Handle order changes such as amendments, cancellations, and reversals. Raise and follow up on ERP issues via To Connect or similar platforms. Monitor order status and escalate delays to project teams as needed. Participate in system testing, continuous improvement, and assigned projects. Support audits by preparing required documentation.

Requirements:

1-3 years' experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, or related fields (fresh grads also welcome to apply!)*.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook); Oracle ERP experience is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills across functions (Sales, Logistics, Billing). Detail-oriented with good analytical skills. Team player with proactive, solution-driven attitude. Able to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
