We are expanding our operations and inviting a dedicated individual to join our team as a Procurement & Documentation Executive.
Responsibilities:
Manage end to end procurement activities from sourcing, quotation evaluation, supplier negotiation, purchase order issuance and delivery coordination.
Maintain an updated database of suppliers, pricing, product specifications and lead times.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and consumables
Prepare and maintain documentation, contracts and finance-related support documents.
Provide administrative support to Finance & Procurement department.
Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the company to ensure smooth operational continuity.
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum
one (1) year experience in procurement
or purchasing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage procurement documentation accurately.
Strong negotiation, planning and coordination abilities.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: RM2,300 to RM3,000 per month (based on experience)
Statutory Contribution (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
