Job Description

Responsibilities :

Oversee the entire warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and SOPs to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. Monitor the loading and unloading of finished goods to meet internal and external delivery requirements. Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts and minimize holding costs. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement preventive measures. Lead, supervise, and train staff to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company policies. Allocate tasks and set performance targets for team members. Monitor KPIs and initiate improvement actions where needed. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and goods movement. Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements :

Preferably a degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience/training. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
