Assist in daily components stock movement, manage inventory, and track orders to ensure timely delivery to service center
s:
Manage process of ordering and storing of components in warehouse, ensure all products are quantified and categorized correctly
Perform components physical inventory check in warehouse and service center to ensure the accuracy of in-out components are in line with inventory report & system
Monitor and predict potential inventory problems (e.g., components inefficiencies or excessive surplus, logistic issue)
Work closely with service provider on picking activities
Monitor logistic processes from warehouse to service center across Malaysia and resolve lost/ damaged delivery if any
Manage warehouse administrative matters
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior and manager when required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
