Inventory Planning Executive

This international SC MNC is looking to add a strong analytical Inventory Planning executive to their team. If you have some experience in the field but only knowledge of forecasting, we encourage the development of individuals who are adaptable and quick to learn. It is advantageous to be an excellent communicator and have strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the supply continuity to customers
• Updating the simulation files to predict the demand forecast on a daily basis
• Maintaining the inventory at optimum levels by closely monitoring the market movement and reacting to the actual sales performance
• Holding weekly reporting and planning reviews with the internal stakeholders to share various data for continuous inventory improvement
• Developing statistical forecasting and managing the inventory planning for multi temperature finished goods
• Keeping close relations with key stakeholders to understand promotion mechanics, supply plans and market intelligence

Skills & Experience Required:

• Preferably to have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Demand & Supply Planning
• Has a strong FMCG background, is familiar with a fast paced work place
• Have experience in inventory planning and forecasting in a 12 month horizon
• Advantageous to have experience in Power Query and Power BI
