Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to manage and monitor stock movement in our warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring all movements are properly tracked to prevent discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily inventory tracking and updates in the system. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Investigate and report any stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages. Prepare inventory-related reports for management review. Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing of stock as required. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of goods in the warehouse. Support in maintaining cleanliness and order in the inventory area. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth stock flow.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification. Experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
