What will you be engaged in?

• Conduct Tier 1 investigation on any violation of SOCAR TnC;

• Smoking event;
• Late return or non-return cars;
• Hygiene & etc.
• Assist the team in conducting other complex investigations.

• Accident collision;
• Parts damage, stolen, swap & vandalism;
• Unusual customer behavior;
• Other escalated issues pertaining SOCAR cars
• Collate evidence from the available portals to support the outcome of the investigation
• Impose charges and penalties following existing standard operating procedures
• Communicate & answer to the responsible customer enquiries pertaining to charges that had been imposed
• Liaise & work together with necessary department PICs to obtain missing or pending documents when required
• Highlight to supervisor on unusual & suspicious activity

• Computer literate with good Excel skills
• Having 1 year of working experience will be an added value
