Job Summary

The purpose of this role is supporting the daily business process for Investment Operations, supporting the team in administrative tasks and deliveries and learning about the key elements of an investment operations transaction life cycle and downstream supply chain.


Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for correct daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, and income payments
• Responsible for timely month end closing activities
• Periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings
• Provide regular support as a subject matter expert and business analyst to projects, internal initiatives and country-specific customer demands by providing know-how and expertise covering market & master data.
• Demonstrate willingness and helpful support to other team members in their daily work, whereas at the same time being part of a team continuously learning from others as in an open minded and trustful environment.

• Accountable for correct daily processing, posting and clearing of securities transactions, income payments and corporate actions.
• Accountable for timely month end closing activities.
• Accountable for periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings.
• Support projects covering operations questions related to investments and cash accounts.
• Support the implementation of initiatives or programs, including various IT projects, to improve processes, develop policies and generate innovation to maintain regulatory compliance and/or deliver process or product enhancements.
• Learning about the key elements of an investment accounting supply chain being able to identify processes, risks and controls, involved stakeholders as well as technical system components \xe2\x80\x93 result is that employee understands IAA\xe2\x80\x99s specific processes, systems and teams
