Key Responsibilities: Investor Engagement: Reach out to our qualified leads of accredited and retail investors through our internet phone system. Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully book meetings between potential investors and our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both parties. Follow-ups: Tenaciously follow up with leads who do not initially respond, understanding that persistence often leads to success in this role. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing investors, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed. Feedback Loop: Regularly communicate with our internal teams to provide feedback on lead quality and to suggest improvements in the lead generation process. Stay Updated: Continuously update oneself about the industry, our clients, and the broader investment environment to confidently address investor queries. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, with a strong preference for those who have worked for private companies, real estate developments, REITS, Funds, etc. Exceptional command over the English language with near-native fluency, ensuring seamless communication with North American investors. The candidate should be so proficient that discerning between them and a native American speaker is challenging. Proven track record of successfully engaging with investors and managing relationships. Proficient in using internet phone systems and other digital tools for outreach and follow-ups.
