Job Description


  • Candidates must possess at least High school SPM or diploma; further education will be a plus.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Especially Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of relevant accounting software (e.g. Master Accounting) will be appreciated
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy.
  • Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills - ability to handle customer queries.
  • The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
  • The ability to work independently & as part of a team.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage invoices for the company
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks such as attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
  • Tracking & Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility
  • Issue customer account statements & reminders for payment periodically or whenever necessary
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
  • Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
  • Recovering outstanding debts.
  • Handling clients\' account queries.
  • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
  • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
  • Report on activity to upper management
