1) Conduct inspections on each process and make corresponding inspection record reports according to documents such as the work instruction, control plan, inspection standard, etc.
2) Provide feedback on process abnormalities, issue a Quality Exception Handling Form, establish quality records for customer complaints, finished products, and process anomalies, track and verify the implementation and effectiveness of improvement measures.
3) Confirmation, analysis, and handling of process defects, process tracking and confirmation of process rework process.
4) Confirmation of production line process parameters, such as temperature.
5) Assist in documentation, third party audit, customer audit, etc.
