In this section, outline the tasks the ISO & Document Control Coordinator is expected to perform. This includes required daily activities as well as less frequent but critical responsibilities related to ISO compliance and document control. The role also defines how the ISO & Document Control Coordinator interacts with department heads, process owners, auditors, and management to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QEHS Management System.
Ensure QEHS system conforms to ISO requirements and conduct internal audits.
Establish and maintain ISO-related forms and amend them when necessary.
Report performance of the QEHS system and opportunities for improvement to the Head of QEHS.
Coordinate audit/inspection findings and records, prepare Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and conduct root cause analysis for all non-compliances/discrepancies raised during reviews.
Assist in rectification of customer field audits for the QEHS system and other assessments.
Renew all authority certificates when due and follow up on the necessary actions
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma with relevant experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in ISO-related work.
