To assist the QMR in all matters related to the implementation and maintaining the QMS procedures and ensure all Manufacturing activities are in compliance to the Quality Manuals.
Ensure 5s, health & safety guidelines are implemented and in compliance with government regulations.
Ensuring that a quality system is established, implemented and maintained accordance to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and requirements.
Responsible to co-ordinate the company internal and external quality audit activities.
Manage the Flow of Documentation within the Organization according to ISO requirement.
Response promptly to any issues concern, support and provide helpful information to customer & well listening to customer's issues and complaints.
Taking and process orders when received from customer.
Issue drawing and work order to production for fabrication once order is confirmed.
Follow up work-in-progress schedule with production supervisor and QC team to ensure the ETA as per scheduled.
Update shipment schedule to production & QC team for goods schedule to be sent.
Feedback promptly to production & QC team for goods rejected from customer.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
