Description Noventiq International, a leading provider of end-to-end technology solutions for digital transformation, is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Global Sales Team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs) and Microsoft, as well as achieving your annual revenue and gross profit quota for your region. You will also work with our internal sales, delivery, and presales teams to promote and sell selected ISV solutions to our customers. Job Overview Develop and execute a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction Identify and engage with prospective ISVs that can offer value-added solutions to our customers Arrange and conduct business meetings with ISVs to establish and maintain long-term relationships Work with Microsoft to leverage their cloud platform and co-sell opportunities Work with our Account Management Team to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities with our existing customers Deliver the benefits of Noventiq Plus program to ISVs Promote selected ISV solutions internally to our sales team and provide them with training and support Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and gross profits Coordinate the onboarding process and business collaboration for ISVs Plan and implement new marketing initiatives to generate leads and awareness for the ISV solutions Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and showcase the ISV solutions Work with our Presales team to create estimates and assist our Account Managers Profile Requirements A minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling services A strong background in developing partner-to-partner (P2P) business and sales of services to partners A solid knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (other cloud platforms would be an advantage) Effective and good presentation skills Experience in working with large teams and being a good team player What We Offer Working time: Mond-Fri, flexible working time Attractive Bonus, & Allowances for mobile, transportation Premium Healthcare insurance External and Internal Training Opportunities & English class are sponsored by company Birthday paid day-off & Birthday gift Recognition program, Referral program Working device provided or reimbursement on personal device Other activities: annual company trip, year-end dinner, exciting engagement events, Coaching opportunities, etc. Annual Salary Review & Promotion Don\'t forget to include your CV with photo and cover letter.
