Face-to-FaceKey Responsibilities:
Build and manage long-term client relationships Identify and close new business opportunities Present IT & Cybersecurity solutions to potential clients Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Track market trends & competitor activities Handle client escalations and ensure high retention
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in IT sales/account management Strong communication, negotiation & relationship skills Knowledge of Cybersecurity & IT services is a big plus Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools Self-motivated and target-driven personality Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,720.03 - RM10,280.62 per month
