Job Description

Responsibilities:



IT Support (Intern Level):



Assist in setting up computers, printers, and other office devices under supervision. Provide basic first-level support for common software and hardware issues. Help monitor network and system performance and report any issues to the IT team. Support user account setup, password resets, and access requests. Assist in routine backup checks and help ensure data is properly stored. Help maintain the IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.

Administrative Support (Intern Level):



Assist in daily office operations such as managing office supplies, filing documents, and organizing workspaces. Help schedule meetings, support event organization, and assist with travel arrangements (only when needed). Maintain both digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner. Support basic budget tracking tasks, such as collecting receipts and updating simple records. Assist with internal communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, common software applications, and troubleshooting steps. Familiarity with office equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM750.00 - RM900.00 per month
