What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
Salary range between RM1,800 - RM2,300, based on experience and qualifications.
Contract Employment:
Initial contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.
Festive Breaks:
One week break during Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Job Duties:
Communicate with customers about deliveries, stock availability, and other related matters.
Coordinate with the production/planning department to process orders efficiently.
Maintain optimal levels of finished goods and traded items as per the profit plan.
Ensure smooth coordination of export/domestic orders with planning, shipping, and warehousing teams.
Program domestic orders after obtaining approval from credit control.
Assist in monitoring customer collections and perform secretarial duties for specific departments when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification*. Highest qualification: Diploma or STPM*. Possess 1 or 2 years of experience, which is advantageous.
Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or export is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
