Sales Admin Coordinator



Location:

Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru

Salary:

RM2400 - RM3500 (Depends on experience)

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm

Sat - on standby (depending on appointment/exhibitions)

Job Responsibilities:



- Call customers to produce product

- Respond customer message

- Extract customer details and pass to business development team to follow-up

- Assist customers with post-purchase inquires or claims and service requests

- Resolve customer concerns

- Maintain accurate records

Job Requirements:



- Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline

- Fresh graduate welcome to apply

- At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
