Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computer systems, servers, networks, and related hardware and software.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, including hardware, software, email, network, and system access issues.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies in accordance with company standards.

Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security threats; take corrective and preventive actions as required.

Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, inventories, and licenses.

Support the setup, maintenance, and security of office IT equipment, including workstations, printers, and communication systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS), networking concepts, and POS system.

Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system maintenance.

Good understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster management procedures.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Network desktop, printer, online food delivery (Foodpanda,Grab).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, or enterprise systems.

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an added advantage.

Working Conditions

Office-based with occasional on-site or after-hours support when required.

Performance Expectations

Maintain high system availability and minimal downtime.

Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and user requests.

Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and security of company information systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
