• Provide SAP administration support, user access and maintenance related matters.
• Ensure administration support provided are as per agreed SLA and task carried out according to defined SOPs
• Prepare and circulate periodic user access report for business review
• Prepare monthly billing on IT maintenance and services
• Compile and prepare ad hoc report.
• Carry out regular departmental administrative related matters.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience as IT administration/application support
• With minimum 1 year working experience with exposure to Logistics/ERP system
• Pleasant personality, and able to communicate effectively
• A self-starter and able to work independently
