Job Description



IT Support:

Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and peripheral devices. Provide first-level technical support for software and hardware issues. Help maintain and monitor network systems to ensure smooth operation. Assist with user account creation and management. Support backup and recovery processes to protect organizational data. Maintain IT inventory, tracking hardware and software assets.
Administrative Support:

Help manage daily office operations, including supply inventory and procurement. Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic. Support budget tracking and expense reporting. Assist with communication across departments to ensure effective workflow. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer systems and common software applications. Familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
