IT / TECH INTERNSHIP

:

AI System Research

Gather and study required AI system features, functionalities, guidelines, and direction. Analyze and determine system requirements based on departmental services and workflow processes. Research available AI solutions in the market and shortlist those that best meet identified requirements in terms of: Features and capabilities User interface and user experience Pricing Manage communications with vendors / suppliers: Create trial accounts to evaluate shortlisted systems (if free trial is available). Engage with vendors providing solutions without free trials. Request and arrange system demonstrations. Compare shortlisted AI systems based on: Features and functions UI/UX Cost Document all research, evaluations, and findings clearly. Identify the most suitable AI system after reviewing demonstration outcomes.

Coordination with Internal & External Departments

Communicate and collaborate with department heads, managers, and team leads. Arrange for departments to participate in trial usage of shortlisted AI systems. Collect user feedback and evaluations post-testing. Present AI system recommendation and proposal to management for approval and subscription.

AI System Setup & Deployment

Work with the Accounts & Finance team to complete subscription procedures. Assist in configuring and setting up the AI system on the scheduled deployment date. Prepare user guides and manuals before rollout. Coordinate official system launch and internal announcements. Provide system monitoring and support as required. Conduct performance and feedback surveys one month after deployment.

Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or a related field. Strong understanding of current technology trends. Interest in exploring new systems, applications, and digital tools.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
