Responsibilities
Provide basic IT support to end users (hardware, software, and application issues)
Assist with troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and network connectivity
Support user account setup (email, system access, basic permissions)
Assist in maintaining IT equipment and inventory records
Help with basic server, network, or system monitoring tasks
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT team
Requirements
Currently pursuing a
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware
Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage
Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
