We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to IT management, including raising procurement requests, monitoring staff renewal, performing management reporting, tracking expenses, and other duties as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and submit procurement requests for IT-related goods and services in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Manage augmented employee contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain accurate records of IT-related expenses, including budget tracking and forecasting.

Track and ensure asset management inventory is up to date based on staff movement.

Perform reporting tasks as required, including preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of IT projects and initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferably with 2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services sector. Experience in other sectors is also welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing and analysing data.

Willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
