IT Application Management - Shah Alam Identifies and fully understands Company's business operations and provides recommendations and ideas for continuous improvements to ensure that desired business objectives are successfully met. Strong technical skills in SAP PI development and troubleshooting with a minimal supervision. Monitor day to day complex SAP PI integration to all systems. Ability to do ABAP programming based on functional specification given by functional team, troubleshooting and conduct unit test for each task assigned. Ability to do program fine tuning to improve process and system performance. Consults with users to analyze system needs for management information and functional operations to meet business requirements for functionality, reliability, performance, and time-to-market. Understands and familiarizes with all aspects of business operations and technical requirements that involve internal and external parties, to ensure uniformity and efficacy in all IT project implementations. Assist the Staff Solution Architect / Manager to ensure smooth implementation of related IT application projects by following projects schedule, activities and tasks, and meeting agreed objectives of the project. Assist the Staff Solution Architect / Manager to ensure the technical requirements are successfully met by identifying requirements, preparing technical blueprint, designing, developing, testing and preparing effective SAP PI system documentations. Assist the Staff Solution Architect /Manager to ensure smooth integration in all business and technical aspects, focusing on cross-functional information and data integrity to enhance the capacity of delivering solutions to end-users/external parties. Assist the Staff Solution Architect / Manager to design, configure, maintain and support the Application system functionality especially in system integration, related to the respective business units supported, to meet PROTON's business objective Adheres to ICT policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance Be part of the project team lead / member as and when required. Keeps the Staff Solution Architect / Manager up to date by constantly reporting to him/her on the progress of each task assigned and related work issues.
