Job Description

Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science/computer engineering or equivalent

Preferably tertiary qualification in Computer Studies.

Minimum 8- 10 years in application development or management

Minimum of 5 years' experience as System Analyst or in related role.

Strong background in managing end to end IT projects, from understanding business processes and gathering requirements to system design and implementation. Proven experience in leading system integration projects, including integrating disparate systems, applications, and data sources. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and translate technical solutions to meet business users' requirements. Project Management Certification (PMMI, PRINCE, SAFE Agile, Scrum Master) would be desirable Well versed with MS Office and can write reports, business correspondences and prepare presentations. Skilled in stakeholder management, building and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors. A team player who prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines consistently Experience working in or with financial institutions would be an advantage Able to adapt quickly to changing product requirements, integration challenges, and emerging technologies.
