Application Support - IT

(Selangor - Klang)

Sitting within the IT team, is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. Candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Required to learn the business applications and understand the processes in depth.

responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentations throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform application installation and provide technical support to end users.

Delivering regular and customized training to end users.

Collaborated with business / operation teams to drive operational improvements.

Collaborated with business / operation teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions.

Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.

Managing coordination remotely or on site as necessary.

responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimizing application for LIVE & UAT environment.

To support System Integration test on functional and technical area. Includes interface testing with external systems.

Developing reports for teams throughout the organizations.

Requirements:

? Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT or any related field.

? Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge

? Proficient in Microsoft SQL, Infor Syteline, MES, CRM

? Strong analytical skill.

? Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

? Conversant in written and verbal English.

? Applicants must be willing to work in Klang and can travel to outstation if required.

? Exposure in Logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
