Looking candidates having skill in

MSSQL, ERP

and

BI tools

;

1 Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.

2 Designing and maintaining BI dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to Internal Users

3 Write SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve relevant data from databases and other sources, optimizing query performance and data retrieval speed

4 Create, design, and develop SSRS reports based on business requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal

5 Design and develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath

6 Develop RPA solution to improve and automate the internal processes and testing

7 Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.

8 Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

9 Test and validate customized features to ensure they function correctly and integrate seamlessly

10 Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance

11 Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.

12 Coordinate with ERP vendors for advanced technical support, bug fixes, and issue resolution

13 Provide timely assistance to end-users encountering problems related to customization or technical glitches

14 Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.

15 Test and validate customized features to ensure they function correctly and integrate seamlessly

16 Document customizations, configurations, and debugging processes for future reference and knowledge sharing

17 Ensure compliance with UWC's Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations.

18 Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.

19 Implement and maintain IT Dept 5S practices.

20 Undertake special tasks assigned by the HOD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
