Provide Payment system (RPP, FPX, Direct Debit, IBG, SWIFT/Rentas) development, support and maintenance. Perform system requirement study, analysis & design, development/enhancement, testing, implementation, and support. Participate in project activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) towards achieving organizational goals, vision and mission.
Main scope:
Development, maintenance and support of Payment system (RPP, FPX, Direct Debit, IBG, SWIFT/Rentas).
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform system requirement study, analysis & design, development/enhancement, testing, implementation, and support.
Provide daily operation support (service availability and performance) for the business units in Production/UAT/ DR environment including 1st and 2nd level support. Support other deployment and enhancement activities and documentation.
Developing, which agreed and feasible, customizations in-house development.
Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies for Payment system (RPP, FPX, Direct Debit, IBG, SWIFT/Rentas).
Liaise and collaborates with IT stakeholders/department to elaborate on the requirements and provide advice, solution and strategy during or prior its implementation.
Attend audit request and close gap that has been highlighted by internal and external auditor and provide the relevant information for investigation purposes.
Manage day-to-day IT operations, ticket assignments, and escalations through ITSM, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Participate in planning, execution and support of disaster recovery activities as required
Maintain and update of application technical documentation - Application User Manual, Data Flow Diagram, Integration Design Documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in supporting and maintaining IT applications, preferably in Payment system (RPP, FPX, Direct Debit, IBG, SWIFT/Rentas).
Understand operation/business flow of Payment system and integrations.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
Capable of performing detailed incident/issues assessment/troubleshooting for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent resolution.
Passionate in Software Application development and integration.
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Unix shell script) for automation and system integration.
Experience with incident management and change management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and security.
SKILLS
4-5 years' experience in below technologies.
Java/JavaEE/Webservice/API technologies and web related programming language such PLSQL, HTML, XML.
Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Familiar with applications deployment in Application Servers such as Weblogic/IBM Liberty/Jboss/Tomcat.
DB SQL knowledge, Oracle technology would be advantage.
Familiar with Operating system Unix, Linux and Windows.
