Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the team in 2nd level support and to business applications (ERP, POS, CRM, B2B). Maintaining and supporting data integration between business applications. Managing the team on developing and support on web portal (reporting/mini application) and integration program in ASP/VB.Net. Lead the team in providing training and full support to the project's process owner/user for any issues in program/system applications. Monitor and carry out any other new application/system implementation, support and development assignment.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar technical certificate. A minimum of 2 years of working experience in managerial level / project management / managing a team is required for this position. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is required. Experience in supporting SAP Business One, LS Retail, and ASP/VB Development will be an added advantage. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, good work attitude and able to lead the team. Able to work during non-working hours/day and after hours on-calls during system implementation and support.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
