Job Description

One of the packaging solution providers is seeking an experienced I.T professional to join their team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology System and has relevant experiences in the implementation of ERP systems, as well as system integration of I.T hardware and software in support of business processes.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide I.T direction and roadmap, including driving I.T digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable I.T digital implementation to meet business objectives.
• Identify opportunities and promote technology efforts to improve the Company\'s overall efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and manage all phases of I.T project till completion. Managing all requirements, changes, and resolving with stakeholders to fulfil compliance
• Oversee data management to manage the inventory of hardware and software licences, network, systems and other I.T processes.
• Develop security policies and procedures to secure Company data by installing, regularly maintaining and upgrading security software.
• Provide technical support for ERP system, finance and HR systems and resolve any technical issues
• Implement and maintain ERP system configurations, customizations, and upgrades
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Develop, implement, and maintain security and data protection measures
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP systems
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in SAP technology

Job descriptions:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Able to hands-on the I.T infrastructure & devices, and has the ability to troubleshoot and rectify system and hardware issues
• Experience in making business cases for recommendation of the appropriate suite of software and hardware
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP systems and I.T support

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in all phases of I.T projects, stakeholder management skills

• Familiar with SAP S4 HANA and modules, such as FICO, MM, PP, and SD
• Experience with SAP implementations, customizations, and upgrades
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
