JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage information technology and computer systems. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Printer, PC & Notebook (all mode) Repairing, Troubleshooting, Installation hardware & software is considered advantages. Server & Network Servicing, Troubleshooting and Installation- such as Dell PowerEdge Servers, NAS, FortiGate Firewall, VMWare, Windows Server 2012 R2 Administration & management of Active. LAN & telephone wiring, repairing & troubleshooting. Management of Wi-Fi Network and troubleshooting. Knowledge in CCTV is an advantage such as CCTV troubleshooting, wiring & repairing and DVR, NVR, and IP Camera management. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Managing applications and databases like Autocount, Kaizen, and IReDS Knowledge in mail management - such as cPanel, Office 365, and G-Suit. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. Knowledge in Video Conferencing systems Purchase / Procurement / Negotiation of all IT equipment from Vendors. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Preserve assets, information security and control structures. Any ad-hoc task will be informed by superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certificate/diploma/Degree in IT related and up to date with IT technologies. At least five (5) year of full-time experience in IT department. Good command in English speaking, writing and reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Meticulous and methodical nature and a logical mind. Good interpersonal and communications skills. Self-motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure. Play pro-active role in problem solving, could analyzed problem or issues and provide solution. Required to travel when required either in Sri Kembangan/Melaka/Port Klang Free Industrial Zone or etc. Could make fast and effective decision. Must have own transportation and valid driving license Enthusiasm to be continually learning.
