As an IT Assistant Trainer, you will work closely with the training team to assist in the development and delivery of IT-related training programs. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help others succeed in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead IT Trainer in preparing and delivering training sessions on various IT topics.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Collaborate with the IT Trainer to develop and update training materials, presentations, and other resources.
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment by encouraging participant engagement and addressing questions or concerns.
Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the quality of the training program.
Assist in administrative tasks related to training, including participant registrations, attendance tracking, and logistical coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field (Education, Communication, Business, etc.) or equivalent
Min 1 year of work experience.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Willingness to provide training if necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Enthusiasm for learning and helping others learn.
Familiarity with basic training methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.
