Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Lead Solution Architect and Consultant Team to understand project objectives and develop effective IT solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through interviews and workshops. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate between ITS and Sales teams on solution implementation and ensure smooth handover to the technical team. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome too! Strong analytical and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, both spoken & written (liaise with our Mandarin speaking counterparts). Able to travel outstation to support other branch offices when required.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
