Job Description

• A proven minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• A university degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong experience in systems analysis and development, attention to detail project estimation and good communication skill.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a team player with positive attitude.
• Willing to accept challenges, set the priority of work, meet the target and timelines.
• Able to start immediately or on shorter notice (eg: 1 to 2 months) is a plus.
• Ability to speak, write & read in bilingual languages (English & Mandarin) is a must to support and communicate with our counterparts from Belgium & China.
• Up-to-date knowledge in MS SQL, problem solving and requirement analysis.
• Good critical thinking.
• Ability to work and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Participate in gap analysis on new and existing software applications.
• Participate in user requirement gathering and attend client meeting.
• Translate business requirement into use cases or functional specifications
• Responsible for user acceptance test (UAT) and conduct user training.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional department, payment, marketing, customer service, infrastructure, agency, etc.
• Communicate and maintaining good relationship with client.
• Delivering quality services to client and to ensure services provided to client is timely and precise.
