• Utilize SAP ECC/Enterprise applications experience to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Engage in business partnering to understand and address the needs of stakeholders across all key functions.
• Lead the mapping and documentation of business processes across various departments.
• Assist PM in Project manage/serve as PM on the delivery of IT services, ensuring value addition and coordination with regional/global teams and vendors.
• Achievement of streamlined and well-documented key business processes, reducing organizational risk.
• Successful definition and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with respective IT domains managers.
• Effective leadership in system testing and validation for major implementations.
• Support provided to finance, commercial, supply chain, and R&D relationship managers through process documentation, user requirement gathering, testing oversight, and project management for small-medium projects.
• Provision of business partnering services for smaller corporate functions such as HR, corporate affairs, and legal, including annual high availability application testing coordination.
• Stakeholder communications and engagement.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years Business Analyst, Business consulting and/or Project Management and Delivery. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must
• SAP hands on experience is a must (SAP ECC6 / SAP S4 HANA)
• Requires experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes, in a manufacturing context.
• Self-motivated, highly visible and an engaging point of contact, who enjoys working with people
• The ability to embrace change, be adaptable and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including technical documentation skills
• Business process mapping experience.
• Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity
• Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a regional and global team.
• Can do attitude; high say-do.
• Sees documentation and structure as a strong ally.
• Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading & speaking).
