Open Position: IT Business Analyst (Payment Solutions Industry)

A Payment Solutions Company is hiring for IT Business Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
-More than 3 years of experience working within banking operations or card payment-related tasks

-Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specification

-Working closely with Product Owners and Software Development team to execute product testing, configuration and implementation stages

-Develop documentation, training materials as well as conducting workshops to the relevant users

-Exposure in Agile and Project Management methodology is an added advantage

-Having technical knowledge in Java, terminal control app and ISO8583 is a strong plus

-Passionate in the latest card and payment technology and consistently exploring new ways to bring innovations to company

-A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
