Open Level - (Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager)
The IT & Business Analyst provides analytical and technical support to enhance organizational efficiency through system improvement, process automation, and data integration.
This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, supporting departments such as Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture in optimizing workflows and digital systems. The position contributes to the design, testing, and maintenance of business systems that enable better decision-making and operational performance.
The final designation (Executive, Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager) will depend on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and leadership readiness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Management & Support
+ Manage, maintain, and support key business systems (CRM, HRIS, Finance tools, and donor management platforms).
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
+ Support integration between internal systems and digital platforms (e.g., website donation portals, marketing tools).
+ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT and organizational policies.
Business Process Analysis
+ Collaborate with department leads to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for system improvements.
+ Map workflows and recommend digital or process enhancements for greater efficiency.
+ Document business processes, user requirements, and change requests in a structured and clear manner.
Data Reporting & Analytics
+ Support the creation of data dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
+ Extract and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
+ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems through regular audits.
System Enhancement & Implementation
+ Participate in the planning and testing of system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and process automation initiatives.
+ Collaborate with external vendors and IT teams during software implementation projects.
+ Train end-users and prepare user guides or SOPs to support smooth adoption of new systems.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
+ Work closely with Digital, Finance, and P&C teams to ensure systems are aligned to organizational objectives.
+ Recommend innovative technology solutions that enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.
+ Support the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
+ Minimum 3-6 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or system administration.
+ Strong knowledge of database management, CRM systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
+ Experience with process documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
+ Technical proficiency with APIs, data flows, and integrations is an advantage.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
