WHAT'S THE ROLE?


We are looking for an IT Business Analyst having SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) and Project Systems (PS) background who will be working on topics related to Large Project Business in the Finance area. As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate and work closely with other IT Business Analysts and IT Product Owners. You will provide professional advice, do hands-on customizations and be responsible for transferring business requirements into implementation. We are working together with Global Business Teams on the global rollouts of solutions to different Hilti entities and we support primarily the ERP system, e.g., SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud. Other than the rollouts, there are continuous improvement initiatives ongoing for existing markets in order to increase customer experience (CX) journey as well as develop or implement advanced tools and services for our finance business across the different Hilti subsidiaries worldwide.

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main strategic locations in Buchs SG (Switzerland) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). All locations have highly competent teams who work very closely together. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


As an IT Business Analyst, you identify and analyze business requirements for creative and innovative IT solutions based on business needs and strategic requirements using analytical thinking skills. You will also contribute to the business processes by supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions in our ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA Private and Public cloud) or interact with our third-party applications. Implementing and supporting Global IT solutions innovating Finance & Controlling journeys by using emerging techniques/technologies. On top of the projects, you will be actively working on supporting daily operational topics via our ticketing platforms (ServiceNow - Requests / Incidents and Atlassian JIRA tickets). You will work closely with highly competent team members across different functions and areas (e.g., Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics and Reporting) to provide solutions for our business.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:


At least 5 years of experience as SAP Consultant in SAP ERP 6.0 environment / S/4HANA in the following areas: Finance & Controlling (FICO) and Sales & Distribution (SD) and Project Systems (PS) Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or in a related field. PHD is plus or an advantage. Good understanding of the End-to-End business processes; any experience in integration between SAP and third-party applications will be a plus. Interested, willing to explore ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA private and public cloud) and understand system functionality and configuration. Excellent communication skills, high commitment, innovative and proactiveness in approaching knowledge. Good command of English (spoken and written) and willingness to grow in multicultural working environment.
