Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

Windows OS, hardware, software, and peripherals

. Manage and maintain

Active Directory

user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. Diagnose and fix

network connectivity

issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Support and manage

BitLocker encryption

and recovery key processes. Deploy, update, and manage devices and software using

SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

. Administer and support endpoint devices through

Microsoft Intune

(MDM/MAM). Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and standard business applications. Provide support for

Microsoft 365

applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Maintain accurate

IT asset inventory

and documentation. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors as required. Ensure compliance with

IT security and organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in

Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and administration

. Knowledge of

network fundamentals

(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with

SCCM

and

Microsoft Intune

for device and software management. Familiarity with

BitLocker encryption

and recovery management. Working knowledge of

Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365

. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support tasks.

Pay: Up to RM4,150.00 per month
