About the job

• 
  Ability to work with VEEAM Backup Solutions in mixed environment of VMWare, Windows and LINUX servers.
• 
  Understands and has excellent knowledge and skills to trouble shoot VEEAM issues, data domain issues, storage issues, and knowledge of brocade SAN switches.
• 
  Understand UNIX commands and understand how to troubleshoot backup issues on both windows servers, and UNIX servers.
• 
  Ability to configure, manage and monitor data backup environment, including off-site Disaster Recovery, Tape Libraries, and File Recovery utilizing multiple vendor solutions.
• 
  Ability to follow established company processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management processes.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
• 
  Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT Helpdesk and System Support.
• 
  Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• 
  Experience in VEEAM, DELL Data Domain platform and Back-up and Recovery operations.
