Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and nas. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company. Maintain smooth operation of

ERP, desktop, and business applications

. Develop and implement ISMS-compliant site-specific software specifications. Implement and maintain

ISMS practices and procedures

across the site.

Requirement:

Degree in

Computer Science

, Information Systems, or related field. Min. 5 years in

IT end-user support

, especially on Microsoft platforms (MS SQL, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Exposure to

ERP, payroll, or manufacturing systems

is preferred. Excellent communication skills in

English

(written) and

English/Malay/Mandarin

(spoken). Strong skills in customer interaction, planning, and project coordination. Knowledge of ISO 27001 (ISMS) is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
