Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma,

Degree

in

Computer Science

or equivalent
Other Requirements :

Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Responsible and able to work independently

s :

Basic knowledge on Operating system such as Windows Handles any implementation of new software and hardware upgrades Maintain proper records of IT Asset Management Responsible for overall day-to-day computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application support the Business continuity requirements Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime Excellent communication & problem solving skills Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

To work on 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays (weekly 2 days rest day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
