Job Description

1. To ensure all Internet and networking facilities are always available and good working condition.

2. To ensure daily IT operation PC and printer which includes PC management, installation, upgrade & maintenance of hardware and software.

3. To ensure all PC /Laptop user's complaint and problems are attended and to solve in a reasonable time frame as per IT department KPI.

4. To ensure that server database backed up daily and are always up to date.

5. To attend to ad-hoc assignments as per requested by superior from time to time.

6. To plan, prepare and monitor IT budget which include all IT purchase and expenses.

7. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and watch guard to ensure security for PC and servers.

8. Data monitoring in Sunny Portal daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
