Job Summary

Assist in the daily operation, maintenance, and support of the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. Provide technical assistance to users, perform troubleshooting, and support system development activities under the supervision of the IT Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support

- Provide first-level support for users -- troubleshooting PC, printer, and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other company software.

- Support hardware upgrades and replacements when necessary.

2. Network & Infrastructure

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN connections, Wi-Fi, and internet access.

- Support the setup of network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.

- Help maintain server room cleanliness and cable management.

3. System & Programming Support

- Assist in system development and web-based applications (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, SQL).

- Support data management, backup, and restore operations.

- Work with databases (MySQL / MS SQL) under guidance to support business applications.

4. IT Asset Management

- Maintain records of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.

- Assist in asset tagging, tracking, and documentation updates.

5. Security & Backup

- Support implementation of IT security policies and antivirus updates.

- Ensure backup schedules are followed and documented.

6. Administrative Tasks

- Prepare simple technical reports and documentation.

- Support IT procurement processes (quotation comparison, vendor coordination).

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and programming (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, SQL).

- Familiar with MySQL / MS SQL database systems is an advantage.

- Familiar with CCTV and Access Door

- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn and support multiple IT areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
