Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support

Responsible for maintenance, inspection, and repair of all company IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and projectors. Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve user-reported IT issues. Handle IT asset registration, hardware replacement, software installation, and ERP system-related matters.

2. System & Network Administration

Manage and maintain internal LAN, WiFi, servers, storage devices, and related systems. Assist with system backups, security updates, and strengthening network security. Monitor system performance regularly to ensure stability and high availability.

3. Equipment Procurement & System Configuration

Possess strong hardware selection and system configuration skills (Desktop, Server, Workstation). Assist in preparing procurement proposals, evaluating vendor quotations and technical specifications. Responsible for deployment of new equipment and performance optimization. Provide technical advice to the sales team and prepare server hardware deployment and configuration recommendations.

4. Documentation & Process Management

Prepare and maintain IT documentation (equipment inventory, maintenance records, network topology, configuration files). Assist the team in establishing standardized operating procedures to improve system maintenance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Skills:

Familiar with installation and maintenance of Windows / macOS / Linux systems. Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN, Switches, WiFi management, etc.). Familiar with maintenance of common office equipment such as printers, NAS, and UPS. Able to independently select, configure, and assemble PC/Server hardware. Understanding of virtualization systems (e.g., VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V). Candidates with relevant IT support, networking, or system administration certifications (such as CCNA, HCIA, CompTIA A+) are preferred.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
